Position Overview
We are seeking a sales-driven professional with experience in industrial or commercial dock & door systems. The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to deliver solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and commercial markets.
✔️ Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
✔️ Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and propose tailored dock & door solutions.
✔️ Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product/service recommendations.
✔️ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project execution.
✔️ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
✅ Previous sales experience in dock & door, industrial equipment, or construction services.
✅ Strong understanding of loading dock equipment, overhead doors, and safety requirements.
✅ Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
✅ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (role requires local travel).
